These are the goals of the RBA Holding Centralized Services area that encompasses the units devoted to Purchasing and Production, Logistics and Warehousing, and Corporate Services, which in turn includes Administration and Finance, Organization and Systems, Legal Advisory, General Services and Human Resources.

As a result of the Group’s organizational philosophy, it is an area that enables each division to act independently according to their own management structures, while determining the general guidelines of the Holding’s strategic direction.
